Alert Level 3

Not all our Staff are returning as we have chosen to operate on a minimum requirement level and on a as required basis.

Please assist us by advising your job priorities particularly if work came in prior to the lockdown. Any new work or pre-scheduled off-site work please communicate how we can help ie: delays in scheduling, etc.,

To help us manage our partial return to operations under Alert Level 3, the safety of our staff and you and your staff remains our highest priority.

We will be following the Ministry of Health's guidelines along with implementing additional measures to ensure everyone's safety.

These measures include:

Access & Egress

• Limited drop off and pick up times week days (weekend by arrangement only)
  - 209 Port Road, Port Whangarei, Whangarei.
  - 496 Marsden Point Road, Ruakaka.
  - 1 Hinemoa Place, One Tree Point - Marsden Cove Haul-Out Maintenance Facility
• Limited drop off and pick up times week days (weekend by arrangement only)
  8 am to 12 noon unless pre-arranged for alternate time

• We expect only one person per vehicle from our customers and suppliers
• Please phone ahead so that we can expect you.
• You will be required to stop at a designated area near reception.
• Stay in your vehicle (toot or phone for assistance if no one arrives to help you within one minute)
• Staff member will record your name, company and personal contact details for contact tracing.
• Staff member will record details of the job you are dropping off/picking up.
• Staff member will advise where and how item/s to be dropped off/picked up.

Covid-19 Contact Tracing

We have completed full contact tracing for all our Staff. We will be recording all staff and visitors to our site by adapting our Sign in Sign out sheet for Covid-19 to ensure we comply with the contact tracing guidelines. We may store this information electronically.

Covid-19 General Procedures: (No Face to Face)

• We will maintain a minimum 2m social distance at all times with others.
• Our operational areas will be restricted to everyone except when indicated for drop off/pick up etc.,
• Many of our Staff are “Bubble” family members. We are endeavouring to ensure that these staff, are able to be at the same work-site together.
• The wearing of approved additional Personal Protective Equipment for Covid-19 where required on Rudolph’s sites.
• Strict cleaning procedures on all equipment and office/lunch room areas.

Any PERSON not following procedures may be asked to leave site.
